Noise loggers, Zonescan sensors associated with GUTERMANN’s ZONESCAN AMI Integrated Leak Detection System connect to Zonescan AMI systems capable of automating the collection, retrieval and analysis of acoustic data. Thanks to two-way communication within the Zonescan AMI network, audio data is recorded synchronously. It transmits it to GUTERMANN servers for further analysis and display in the Google Maps interface (GUTERMANN CLOUD).
In addition, GUTERMANN has so far integrated with the following two AMI systems:
In short, it is a system that provides critical water distribution system information with very little operator intervention. Once the units are deployed, operators can select operating parameters and analyze the results in the civil service office. No manual or car data collection required. Adding ZONESCAN recorders to an AMI network provides AMI customers with a powerful tool to measure and reduce system water losses. It allows utilities to compare total water consumption with water production to obtain a gross estimate of water loss in the system. Then deploy ZONESCAN AMI RTUs in targeted areas of the pipeline network to identify the presence and specific locations of leaks. Safely ship to repair teams to detected leak locations.
How Does the ZONESCAN820 AMI Leak Detection System Work?
ZoneScan is a very efficient product for detecting water loss and leak leaks, and for detecting main line (transmission) leaks. With the cooperation of GUTERMANN and Aykome, it has combined the power of two-way fixed network AMI technology and leak detection technology. It monitors GUTERMANN fugitive intelligence units deployed at regular intervals along the water pipeline network. Analyzes the noise characteristics caused by water leakage in the network pipes. It detects the presence and punctuation of a water leak. As AYKOME, we provide all kinds of support for this product, as in all our products.
In addition, acoustic data is received by utilizing the latest features of the ZoneScan Network AMI system, including the ZoneScan system. You can collect all data and perform automatic analysis.
The program has two-way communication between the head endpoints and the end endpoints.
The GUTERMANN web-based data correlation software has an interface over time synchronous water leakage digital audio recordings.
Product Features
With these devices, it is very easy to detect leak-leakage, valve fault detection, end-of-line detection, branch detection, illegal connection detection or pipe damage detection.
It is a system that provides information at critical points in the water network with minimum manpower. After the units are created, you can analyze the program results in your office by selecting the working parameters. There is no need to collect data manually or by drive-by method in any way. In addition, ZoneScan is a powerful equipment for its customers to measure leak detection and reduce system water losses with the ZoneScan AMI system. ZoneScan units then travel to targeted areas of the pipeline network to determine the presence of water leaks and the location of leaks.
